I am pleased to present my invention, the 'Economic Building Foundation Technique' (Patent No. 392212, Application No. 1835/CHE/2010), which has been granted by the Patent Office, Intellectual Property Office, Chennai – 600032. I am Wishing to Surrender My Patent Right of Low Cost Housing Technology to the Government Sectors because of to achieve massive change of constructing pmay / Low Budget and subsidy houses to the poorest, Particularly Zero Income family groups or Lowest Income Groups – Including Platform Dwellers also.

We all Know, In Rural Areas “Anaivarukkum Veedu” – Free Subsidy housing scheme undergoing very difficult to the poorest of Zero Income family groups, that the reason because of Beneficiary Contribution cost of construction (Atleast 25% cost share) is zero. In addition they are living platforms, Waterbodies/road sides – (Landless category groups), These Zero income Beneficiaries / Family Groups are the Obstacles for Implementing Govt Subsidy Housing Schemes, because of Beneficiary Contribution is Zero and also Landless category, They aren’t financially Eligible and also they are expecting any technology solution for House Construction.

Government Can be solved free patta land to the landless Beneficiaries Issue and also pmay subsidy houses allotment will be made to the poorest. But the Implementation of during their house construction beneficiary contribution cost of 25% share amount investment is required to complete the houses, Moreover tender oriented contract work is not eligible in this subsidy free houses scheme, So that Poorest Beneficiaries seeking some technology solution.

Of course, My Low Cost Patent Right Technology is the perfect Solution to the Govt Subsidy Scheme houses, Particularly Zero Income family /Platform Dwellers - in which Beneficiary Contribution Cost is also Zero.
